The Man of Maths

(The eighth of the Black Hole Ballads)

The Man of Maths was Paddy,
Work not to him doth belong;
For when he sits at the fireside
He sits long.

Sits long and rises full weary,
But not with the work he began;
He yawneth with his own laziness,
That slothful Man.
